- Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged. If the park closes for a full day, the Terms say you can reschedule your visit. Weather is not mentioned in the refund section.
Buy safely
Use only the official website, app, ticketing booths or authorised partners. Dubai Police have warned about fake VIP-pack websites, and media reports put real VIP packs at roughly AED 1,890 to AED 7,900 depending on the tier. Packs are limited and include perks such as free VIP parking, a separate entrance and a concierge team.
A note on bundles: you may see blog posts quoting “entry + rides” bundles or an “AED 99 unlimited rides” pass. The AED 99 deal was a limited-time Season 30 offer, and bundle prices on the official site were not confirmed for Season 31 when we checked. Check the app before paying.

Ramadan
Global Village has extended its hours in past Ramadans. In 2025 it opened 5 PM–1 AM Sunday to Wednesday and 5 PM–2 AM Thursday to Saturday. Ramadan 2027 hours (expected in February) have not been announced, so confirm before planning an Iftar visit.
How to Reach Global Village Dubai by Bus, Metro, Taxi or Car
There is no Metro station at the park. Combine Metro with a seasonal RTA bus, take a taxi, or drive.
RTA bus routes (Season 31)
| Route | Starts from | Frequency |

| 104 | Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, via Max Fashion Metro Station | Every 60 min |

- Visit Dubai suggests a quick route from central Dubai: Red Line to Max station, then bus 104.
- Taxi: book an RTA taxi through the Careem app or +971 4 208 0808. Return taxis can be hard to find on busy nights, so plan ahead.
- Car: take Exit 37 from E311 (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road).

Global Village Rides, WonderPass(How it works) and Attractions

Carnaval offers around 200 rides, games and attractions. Highlights listed by Visit Dubai include the 60 m Festival Wheel, Beijing Bungee, Athens Slingshot, London Loop and Horror Hotel. Exo Planet City adds ThrillFX 5D, Infinity Maze, Gravity Vortex, Galaxy Hunter and a Monster Jam Grave Digger VR experience.
How WonderPass works
Rides are priced in WonderPass points loaded onto a card. Examples from official ride pages: Arabian Horses 10 points (minimum height 120 cm), Fly France 20, Global Burj 20, Athens Slingshot 30. Global Village does not publish the dirham value of a point, and WonderPass cards cannot be transferred, resold or refunded.
For example, the cost of Arabian Horses is 10 points (minimum height 120 cm), Fly France and Global Burj are 20 points each, while the cost of Athens Slingshot is 30 points. The official websites do not mention the cost of one dirham in terms of points; therefore, it is necessary to see the top-up fee at the counter before purchasing.
Tip: decide your ride budget before you buy points. Ride listings on the website are not always complete or up to date, so check the app for current rides and prices.
Global Village Pavilions, Shopping and Food Guide

The 29 pavilions include country pavilions such as India, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Thailand, Morocco, Japan and Korea, plus a Europe pavilion. Get a Season 31 Passport and collect stamps at stations in each pavilion.
Shopping
Visit Dubai highlights honey from Yemen, carpets from Iran and Afghanistan, argan oil from Morocco, engraved necklaces and dry fruits from Thailand. Oud, fragrances and handmade décor are also popular.
- Compare similar items across stalls before buying.
- Check fragile items and ask about exchange or return policies.
- Polite bargaining may work at some independent stalls, especially for multiple items. No discount is guaranteed.
What shoppers usually look for
The Visit Dubai recommends Yemeni honey, Iranian and Afghan carpets, Moroccan argan oil, Spanish engraved necklaces, and Thai dried fruits. The Gulf News also includes oud, fragrances, and handmade decor. The stock differs from season to season; thus, consider this as a guide of the usual merchandise sold there. Compare at least two to three stalls before making your purchase, and find out if the price is fixed.
Food at Global Village Dubai
There are 250+ food outlets in the park (200+ according to the dining page), and the ticket to the park doesn’t cover any food or beverages. There are four new restaurants in Season 31: Trabzon, Robo Al Sham, Hawawshi Al Rabie, and Chicking, as well as three new cafés: Vinci Dolci, Emir Bey Gourmet, and Uzungol Café. There are 32 food kiosks in the Dessert District and its façade has been renovated.
Some popular foods mentioned by visitors are Turkish ice cream, Indian chaat, Lebanese kunafa and sweets, Emirati luqaimat and machboos, and Bosnian ćevapi. The list is based on visitor reviews and the stalls can change.
A simple approach
eat snacks on the way into the pavilions, have a decent meal between 7 to 8 PM to avoid weekend crowds, and finally something from the Dessert District. Prices are different for each stall and are not available publicly.
Global Village Shows and Fireworks: What to Expect
Global Village plans 40,000 shows this season, from cultural performances on the stages to the Fast Live 2 stunt show, Bollywood Idol, Bank Heist, Slam and children’s shows at the Kids Theatre. Showtimes change, so check the Shows & Events page or the app on the day.
Visiting Global Village with Kids, Seniors and Wheelchair
With children
- Get a free child wristband at the booths or information kiosks. Lost children are taken to the Lost Explorers Area, where a service fee applies for the duration of the stay.
- Kids can enjoy Little Wonderers, the Kids Theatre and the new Kids Passport. Extra Family POD washrooms were added this season.
- Stroller rules and prices are not stated in the Terms, so ask guest services.
- Go on a weekday and leave before the late rush.
People of Determination and seniors
- Free entry for People of Determination plus one companion (valid ID card) and for seniors 65+.
- The official site lists accessible parking, accessible toilets, guest services and an on-site clinic.
- Wheelchair rental (official wheelchair page): regular AED 15 per hour; electric AED 50 per hour or AED 250 per visit.
- No independent accessibility audit or ride-by-ride suitability list is available, so confirm routes and ride access with guest services before you go.
How Much Will a Visit Cost?
Only entry and parking prices are official. The food and ride figures below are our planning estimates for 2026–27, not published prices.
| Plan | Estimated cost | What it covers |
| Entry-only stroll | AED 25–30 per person | Ticket, free parking, window shopping, free shows |
| Light evening | AED 100–150 per person | Ticket, street food, one ride or game |
| Full evening | AED 200–300 per person | Ticket, sit-down dinner, several rides, souvenirs |
| Family of four | AED 400–800 in total | Weekday tickets, free parking, dinner, a few rides |
Ways to save: buy a Weekday ticket, use free parking, eat after comparing stalls, and set a WonderPass limit first.
Global Village Itinerary: Two Simple Plans
Express visit (2–3 hours, weekday)
1. Arrive around 4 PM and park in a free lot.
2. Walk one lap of the main pavilions and pick up your passport.
3. Eat one meal, then catch one show.
4. Leave before the late rush.
Standard visit (4–6 hours)
1. 4:00 PM: arrive, save your parking zone, enter the Gate of the World.
2. 4:30–6:30 PM: browse 5–6 pavilions while it is quieter.
3. 6:30–7:30 PM: dinner before the peak.
4. 7:30–9:00 PM: one show, one ride, and the Festival Wheel at night.
5. Friday or Saturday: check the app for the fireworks time before you decide when to leave.
Young family group (approximately 4 hours)
Get there at 4 pm for cool weather and less crowds. First put on wristbands on the kids in booth or infocenter, then go to the Kids Theater (there are such shows in Care Bears and PJ masks for this season). Do couple rides, have dinner and get out of there before the weekend peak.
Couples or a Tuesday visit (approximately 3 hours)
Slowly stroll the pavilions, enjoy the dessert in the Dessert District (32 kiosks) and try to make it to the main stage for the evening show. Time of the firework show can vary from day to day, so look into it.
Transport by public transport visitors
Take a metro Red line at Max station and a bus 104 after that. Usually, the buses operate between 3:15 pm and 11:15 pm with traveling time approximately 30 minutes. Frequency of buses on the RTA website is 40 – 60 minutes, so keep in mind time of your bus back.

Is Global Village Dubai Worth It?
It depends on what you enjoy. Visitors who arrive with the right expectations tend to love it; those who expect a quiet evening or a free day out tend not to.

- Live shows, stunt acts and a large outdoor evening atmosphere
- A low entry price (AED 25) with the freedom to spend only what you choose

Skip or rethink if you dislike
- Crowds and queues, especially on weekends and public holidays
- Long walks: free parking lots alone are 400–450 m from the gate
- Add-on costs: rides, food and paid parking are not covered by the ticket

| Budget visitor | Go | Weekday ticket, free parking, one meal, skip rides |
| Public-transport visitor | Go, plan the return | Check the last bus before you leave |
